Company d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Co. of Pennsylvania, by and
through its attorneys, Saidis, Shuff & Masland, and

1, The Plaintiff is Beneficial Consumer Discount Company,
d/b/a Beneficial Mortgage Co, of Pennsylvania, doing business
at One South Hanover Streett Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania,
2, The Defendants are Barry L, Deitch and Gay L, Deitch,
his wife, adult individuals residing at 101 E, Main Street,
Walnut Bottom, PA 17266.
3, The Defendant, United States of America is a named
Defendant by reason of a IRS claim against Defendant Gay L,
Deitch filed in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, The federal
SAlOIS, tax lien was filed on February 3/ 1998 to #1998-623 in the
