1060 - CONTRACTS FOR GOODS, ENFORCEMENT OF ACCOUNTS
I. Plaintiff is HOUSEHOLD FINANCIAL SERVICES AS ASSIGNEE OF ITT
FINANCIAL SERVICES, a company with its main office located at 931 Corporate Center
Drive, Pomona, California 91769,
2. Defendant, JERI L. EBERTS, is an individual residing at 208 South 19th Street,
Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011.
3. Plaintiff did, at the special Instance of the above-named Defendant, offer to
Defendant Its line of credit and/or cash advances in the amount of Two Thousand Two Hundred
Thirty-One and 44/100 Dollars ($2,231.44) as verified in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made
a part thereof.
4. Defendant received and accepted the items purchased or cash advances made on
the line of credit issued to Defendant by Plaintiff.
S. Although Plaintiff has often demanded payment of the sum in question, Defendant
has not made payment to Plaintiff.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, HOUSEHOLD FINANCIAL SERVICES AS ASSIGNEE OF
ITT FINANCIAL SERVICES, prays for Judgment against Defendant, JERI L. EBERTS, in the
amount of Two Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-One and 44/100 Dollars ($2,231.44) plus
interest at the contract rate from the date hereof plus attorneys' fees and court costs.
