WHEREAS, Douglas ], Spurlock and Camille Keller,Spurlock, his wife of!211~
Market Street, Camp Hm, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a
contract, with Triple Crown Corporation, Inc" of 5351 Jaycee Avenue, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania for the erection of a two story dwelling upon a lot of land situate in Monroe
Township,

ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, and being Lot No, 201 as shown on the Final Plan of Section "L" of
White Rock Acres, dated October 3"1, 1978 and recorded January 31", 1979 in Cumberland
County Plan Book 34, Page 113, more particularly bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northwestern line of Kuh') Road (60 feet wide) at the
dividing line between Lot Nos, 200 and 201 as shown on said Plan; thence by the
northwestern line of Kuhn Road by a curve to the left having a radius of 781.51 feet the arc
length of 150,00 feet and a chord length of 149.77 feet on a chord bearing of South 46 degrees
08 minutes 25 seconds West to .1 point; thence by the dividing line between Lot Nos, 201 and
202 as shown on said Plan, North 49 degrees 30 minutes 51 seconds West 335.00 feet to a
point; thence by the dividing line between Lot No, 201 of Section "L" and Lot No. 195
Section "I", North 60 degrees 10 minutes 00 seconds East 208,00 feet to a point; thence by the
dividing line between Lot Nos, 200 and 201 as shown on said Plan, South 40 degrees 00
minutes 50 seconds East 283,60 feet to the place of BEGINNING,
BEING the same premises which Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company by
Deed dated November 22, 1996 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County in Record Book 149, Pilge 598, g.anted ilnd conveyed unto Brian S.
Connor ilnd Michele A, Connor, husband ilnd wife, the Grantors herein.
NOW, April 2711., 1998, ilt the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, ilnd before any authority has been give by the said Douglas J, Spurlock and

the silid dwelling, or purchase materials fOI' the same in consideration of the making of the said
contmct with Douglas J. Spurlock and Camille Keller-Spurlock ilnd further consideration of
One Dollar, to Triple Crown Corporation, Inc" pilid by Douglils ], Spurlock and Camme
Keller.Spurloek, it is 'Igreed that no lien shall be filed ag.linst the dwelling by the contractor, or
any sub"ontriletor, nor by any of the materiillmen or workmen or ilny other person for any
