I received a telephone message today that you are not available for the arbitration of this
matter which has been scheduled for July 27, 1999, A copy of the notice scheduling this matter is
enclosed for your reference,
In March of 1999 I requested that you provide me with dates that you would be available
for an arbitration, I received no response from you from March, 1999 through the date of
scheduling which was June IS, 1999,
The notice of scheduling requested that you proceed to arrange for an alternative date
within ten days of the notice. If you are inclined to reschedule this maUer, you will need to file a
request for a continuance with the Court of Common Pleas, The arbitration will take place on
July 27, 1999 as scheduled unless you obtain a continuance from the Court,
