3. Owners hold title to th\~ subject Property as tenants by the entireties.
4, Claimant last worked at the property on January 28, 1998, and has not returned
due to Owner's breach of the contract.
5, The Claimant contracted with Owners pursuant to a written contract to supply
labor, goods, materials and structures at the property situated at 330 Hartzdale Drive, Lower
Allen Township, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011 (herein the "Property"), A true and correct copy
of the contract is attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked as Exhibit "A".
6. The nature and character of the materials and labor furnished pursuant to the
contract were all materials necessary for the excavation of the Property, including but not limited
to, the installation of a 250 foot silt fence lor erosion control, construction of a stone entrance,
installation of sewer lines, cuts and fills for raising the site by two feet including the export of
excess materials, sewer connection consisting of a core manhole and a 123 foot storm sewer,
excavation and stoning for concrete pads, an 8,935 square yard stone parking lot and pavement of
the section with Township right of way, The price charged for the materials and labor,
specil1cally set forth in invoices which are attached hereto, made a part hereof and marked Exhibit
"B" was $69,905.95.
7, An initial deposit 01'$10,000.00 was paid to Claimant on November 26,1997.
The following payments were made as a result of the work that was performed and are reflected
-2.
WHEREFORE, (Ialmant claims to have a lien upon thc premises herein described in the
amount of$21 ,705.95, plus interest at the rate of six percent (6%) per annum on said sumlrom
the date hereof, plus costs against Owners and the premises.
