Lot tl of the Upper Allen Businesu Park j,/I Upper. AllAn Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, April 7, 1998 before any authority has been given by
the Baid OWner to Commence COIllltruotion, or purohlllle materials
for the same in consideratIon of the making of the oald contraot
with Contractor and the further conelderatlon of One Dollar to
Contraotor paid by Owner it is agreed that no lien IIhall be filed
Against aforementioned Lot '1 of the Upper Allen Business ~ark or
improvemento erectod thereon by the Contraotor, or any
suboontraotor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any
other person for any labor, ot matArialo purohases, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the Baid site development
construction, the right to file such liens being expressly
waived.
