LEGAL DBSCRIPTION

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate on the west side of Salem
Church Road, in the Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland and
State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit;
BEGINNING at a concrete monument on the west side of Salem Church
Road, at the corner of land formerly of Harold C. Bishop and
Jeesie M. Bishop, his wife, now of Ted Borner and Sonl thence
along said land the following courses and dietances; South 91
degrees West two hundred twenty-three and one tenth (223.1) feet
to a fence post, and North 57 degrees 30 minutes West, one
hundred eight and ninety-four (108.94) feet to a fence post on
line of land of Melvin C. picking and Mary G. Picking, his wifel
thence along said land of Melvin C. picking and Mary G. picking,
his wife, the following courses and distancesl North 81 degrees
East, one hundred seventy-three and thirty-four hundredths
,(173.34) feet, and North 4 degrees 46 ~inuteB 23 seconds East,
sixty-four and eighty-seven hundredths (64.87) feet to A pointl
thence along other lands of Melvin C. Picking and Mary G.
picking, his wife, said other land being Lot No. 2 on the
horeinafter mentioned Plan of Lots, South 84 degrees 34 minutes
East, one hundred forty-five (145) feet to a point on the West
side of Salem Church Road aforesaid I thence along the West side
of Salem Church road, South 4 degrees 46 minutes 23 seconds East,
one hundred two and six hundredths (102.06) feet to a concrete
monument, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.~04 acres and improved by a one-story brick and
frame dwelling house.
BEING the same premises which Gary L. Radabaugh and Rhonda S.
Radabaugh, his wife, and Ruth S. Radabaugh, widow, by their deed
dated April ~199B and about to be recorded herewith in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland'County,
Pennsylvania, granted and conveyed unto Gary L. Radabaugh and
Rhonda S. Radabaugh, his wife, Mortgagors herein.
