Defendants froml'laintiff. Plaintifl'sold and provided the pro(hlCts ordered by Defendllnts, the
same being represented by the invoices nttnched hereto IInd made a part hereof and collectively
referred to liS Exhibit "A".
9. The prices charged for the products sold to Defendants as set forth in Exhibit" A"
were the fair, reasonable, and mar~et prices of the products, and the prices that Defendants
agreed to pay.
10. The invoices attached to I'laintifl's Complaint as Exhibit "A" represent products
suld by Plaintill'and purchased by Defendants pursuant to Defendants' account with Plaintiff.
II. Defendants have not objected to any of these invoices and has accepted the
products provided thereby, but has failed to pay Plaintiff despite demllnd pursuant to its open
account, all to the damage of Plaintiff.
12, Plaintiff has maintained a statement of account keeping an accurate and running
amount of debits and credits fur the sale of products sold to Defendants by Plaintiff.
13. Plaintiff has submitted tu Defendants statements of account accurately showing all
dllbits and cl't)dits for transactions with Defendants, said statements of account showing an
amount owing to Plaintiff of $898.67 through March 5, 1998.
14. The amuunt in controversy is not within the jurisdictional amount requiring
cumpulsory arbitration.
