NOW COMES Plaintiff and states:

Plaintiff is unitas Bank, a banking institution, with
looated at 15 South Main Street, Chambersburg, Franklin
pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Keith Plasterer, a sui juris adult, living
and residing at 26 South Middlesex Road, Carlisle, Cumberland
County, pennsylvania 17013~a511.
3. Attaohed hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is
a true and oorreot reproduotion of the original Commeroial Guaranty
of a note, exeouted by Defendant, containing a warrant of attorney.
4. The instant jUdgment is not being entered by confession
against a natural person in connection with a oonsumer transaction.
5. The guaranty has not been assigned.
6. No jUdgment has been entered upon the guaranty in any
juriSdiction.
7. Defendant is indebted to Plaintiff in the prinoipal sum
of $204,098.26, whioh amount represents the balanoe due Plaintiff
pursuant to the Note signed by Carlisle sports Emporium, Inc. dated
September 18, 1996, together with interest, late charges and
attorney's fees.
8. A true and correct copy of the Note to Plaintiff is
attached hereto as Exhi,bit "B" and made a part hereof.
