U.S.C. S 1692 et seq. (1977), Defendant(s) may dispute
the validity of the debt or any portion thereof. If

by Walter N. Heine Associates, Inc,. dated December 8, 1989 and recorded in Plan
Book 64, Page 90, as (allows:
BECINNING at a point on southern right of way line of Liberty Drive al corner of
Lot No. 29; thence along Lot No. 29. South 20 degrees 52 minutes 00 seconds East,
100.00 feet to a point; thence South 69 degrees 08 minutes West, 90.66 feet to a point;
thence along Lot No. 12, North 09 degrees 05 minutes 13 seconds West, 105.92 feet
to a point In southern rIght of way line of Liberty Drive; thence along said right

SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWINC RESTRICTIONS:
1. All residential structures shall have a minimum of 1100 square feet to finished
living floor area.
2. No mobile homes shall be placed on any lot in this subdivision.
3. No dumping or stockpiling of materials or other items shall be permitted nor the
accumulation of any Junk or unlicensed vehicles on any lot within said subdivision.
4. Tree removal shall be kept to a minimum to permit the construction of a primary
residence and garage. .
5. Lot owners shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a sidewalk
along the str.eet frontage of their lot. SidewalK constructions must be completed
within one year of lot purchase. The sidewalk must be constructed as per the
specifications of the approved plan of subdivision,
6. The driveway to the house must be paved with a bituminous or concrete finish
within one year of the completIon of any residential structure.
7. A residential structure must be completed and habitable within two years of the
purchase of the lot. Failure to accomplish this shall give the developer an
exclusive option to repurchase the lot for the same price as the original purchase.
An owner of two or more contiguous lots need not construct more than one
residence on those lob.

5. Lot owners shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a sidewalk
along the str.eet frontage of their lot. Sidewalk constructions must be completed
within one year of lot purchase. The sidewalk must be constructed as per the
specifications of the approved plan of subdivision.
6. The driveway to the house must be paved with a bituminous or concrete finish
within one year of the completion of any residential structure.
7. A resicientialstructure must be completed and habitable within two years of the
purchase of the lot. Failure to accomplish this shall give the developer an
exclusive option to repurchase the lot for the same price as the original purchase.
