STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
THIS AGREEMENT made the 21(t,,_ day of -L' If ,? t''/ _, I
1998, by and between EDGAR D. COOMBS, hereinafter referred,.(o as Contractor, and PHILLIP
W. COOMBS and DEBRA L. COOMBS, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as Owner,
whereby the former undertakes and agrees to erect and construct a single family dwelling on:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point common to a tract of land containing 1.82 acres, now or
formerly of Clair R. Loper, et al. the tract of land now being described, and Lot No.1 on Plan
of Lots of John E. Dare, which said Plan is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for Cumberland County, now or formerly the property of Frank W. Weaver, said point being
located North 50 degrees West, 63.2 feet from a point in the road leading from the Carlisle
Turnpike to Orr's Bndge; thence along the line of the 1.82 acre tract, North 50 degrees West,
75 feet to a point; thence through Lot No.2 on the aforesaid Plan, North 63 degrees East, 150
teet to a point on the line of a 10 foot private road; thence along said road, South 50 degrees
East, 75 feet to a point on the line of Lot No.1 as aforesaid; thence along the line of said Lot,
South 63 degrees West, 150 feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
BEING the Southern 75 feet of Lot No.2 as shown on the Plan of J.E. Dare,
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 4,
Page 21.
TOGETHER with the use of the 10 foot wide private road with the owners of
adjoining lots and with the right of user of the land lyin!) between the Eastern border line of Lot
No.2 and the low water mark of the Conodoguinet Creek.
BEING the same property which Edgar D. Coombs and Wendy L. Coombs, husband
and wife, as to an undivided two,thirds (2/3) interest; and Phillip W. Coombs and Debra L.
Coombs, husband and wife, as to an undivided one-third (1/3) interest, by their Deed dated May
18, 1998, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County
in Deed Book 177, Page 430, granted and conveyed unto Phillip W. Coombs and Debra L.
Coombs, husband and wife.
