MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR TOWNSHIP SERVICES ~D SEWER~
AND NOW, comes Monroe Township, of 1220 Boiling Springs Road,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, by and through its SOlicitor, James D.
Bogar, Esquire, and files the following municipal claim against, Wade
L. Brassington and patricia M. Brassington, husband and wife, adult
individuals, owning property located at 822 West Keller Street,
Mechanicsburg, Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, their
last known mailing address being: 822 West Keller street,
Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania 17055. Wade L. Brassington and Patricia M.
Brassington, husband and wife, are the owners of all that certain lot
of ground, including any improvements located thereon, boing more fully
described as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN piece, parcel or tract of land situate in
the Township of Monroe, County of Cumberland, state of Penn-
sylvania, more particularly bounded and described aD follows,
to 'wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the northern line of Keller street at
the southeast corner of Lot No. 14 on Plan of Lots here.inaf-
ter mentioned; thence in a northerly direction along the
eastern line of said Lot No. 14 one hundred forty-one and
four-tenths (141.4) feet to a point on the southern line of
Lot No. 5 on said Plan of l,ots; thence in an easterly direc-
tion along the line dividing Lots No. 5 & 6 from Lot No. 13
eightY-four and five-tenths (84.5) feet to a point; thence in
a southerly direction along the western line of Lot No. 12 on
said Plan of Lots one hundred thirty-six and two-tenths
(136.2) feet to a point on the northern line of said Keller
Streett thenoe by the northern line of said Keller Street by
a curve to the right having a radius of five hundred fifty
(550) feet, an arc distance of eighty-two (02) feet to a
pointt thence further by same South sixty-nine (69) degrees
thirty (30) minutes West thirteen (13) feet to the point and
place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No. 13 on Plan of Lots known as "Revised Plan of
Trindle Spring Manor", which said Plan is reoorded in the
Recorder's Office in and for said Cumberland County in Plan
Book 10, Page 36.
HAVING thereon erected a single rock and aluminum dwelling
known and numbered as 822 WbSt Keller street, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania.
BEING the same premises which I. Michael Kost and Esther B.
Kost, husband and wife, by Deed dated June 30, 1969, and
recorded in Cumberland County Office of Reoorder in Deed Book
"G", Volume 23, Page 1018, granted and conveyed unto Wade L.
Brassington and Patrioia M. Brassington, husband and wife,
Owners.

Monroe Township hereby files this Munioipal Claim for services and
sewer rates levied and assessed from April 2, 1997 through and
inoluding .June 30, 1998 (seoond oalendar quarter 1997 through and

Jncluding second oalendar quarter 1998). Said Township services and
sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Monroe Township Or-
dinance No. 96-10, as amended. Attached hereto and incorporated herein
is the latest statement forwarded by Monroe Township to Wade L.
Brassington and Patrioia M. Brassington for sewerage treated from April
2, 1997 through and inoluding June 30, 1998 (seoond oalendar quarter
1997 through and inoluding second oalendar quarter 1998), whioh ser-
vioes total is in the amount of $1,067.76, whioh sum was duly ass.ssed
against Wade L. Brassington and patdoia M. Brassington, husband and
