Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17013, 2, Defendant Barry L. Deitch is an adult individmll residing at 101 East Main Street, Walnut Bottom, Cumberland County. Pennsylvania 17266, 3. On or about August 29. 1996 through July 31. 1997, Plaintiff provided Defendant with lumber. 4. The outstanding balance 01'$1.722,02 represents the reasonable value of the goods provided to the Defendant and which Defendant has yet to pay, (A copy of the statement summarizing the total due 01'$1.722,02 is all ached hereto as Exhibit "A"), 5, Despite repeated demand for payment.
