WHEREAS, Dennis L, Lehman and Joanne Lehman, husband
and wife, of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, pennsylvania
(collectively the "OWner"), have exeouted or are about to
execute contemporaneously herewith a contract with Mother
Hubbard's Kitohen Center, a Pennsylvania ~.~ R~P2IE~
with offioes at 530~ East Trindle Road, Mechaniceburg,
pennsylvania 17055 (the "Contractor"), for renovations and
installation of kitchen cabinetry (the "Improvements") on
property known and numbered as 407 Woodcrest Drive, Hampden
Townlhip, cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more parti?ularly

described on Exhibit A attached hereto, incorporated ~ereir. by
referenoe and made a part hereof (the "Premises").
NOW, June '::L" 1998, before any authority hae be!!!n given
by the Owner to the ContrActor to commence work on the
Impr.ovements, or to pur.chaee materials for the same, or to enter
into any oontI-acte with any suboontractors or materialmen, or to
authorize any purchases by or through any subcontractors or
materialmen, in conl!lideration of'. the making of said contraot
with the OwneI' and the further ccmBideration of One ($1.00)
Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owner, and with the intent of all
parties to be legally bound hfl'reby, it is agreed that no lien

shall be filed IIgl'linnt. the Improvements, the Premises, or any
part thereof, by the Gontractol" ox' any subcont.ractor, or by Ilny

for the ImpI'ovements t.o the Prer~il'Iet'I (including hereafter
changes made thereto), the right to fil~ liens being expressly
waf ved .
It is the full intent of the Contract.or, far itself and
fOr any subcontrllctors or materialmen Claiming fOI' themselves,
or by, through or under the contract or the Contractor, that the
right to file a mechanic'S lien, under t.he prOVisions of law
and/or of Acts of ASSembly in such clIses made and provided, for
work done or materials furnished in lInd about the construotion
of the Improvements t.o the Premises is hereby waived.
IN WITNESS mlEREOF, Owner and Contractor have executed
this 9tipullltion Against Liens the day and year first above
written.
