THIS AGREEMENT made the __j1~__ day of June, 199B, by and between RONALD
L. SNYDER, hereinafter referred to as Contractor, and JEFFREY L. ..lAIR and CHERIE E. HAIR,
husband and wife, horelnafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertakes and agrees
to erect and construct a single family dwelling on:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Lower Frankford Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as followll:
BEGINNING at a railroad spike set in the approximate center line of West Lake
DrivEl, a private road, on the dividing line between lots Nos. 4 and 5 on the hereinafter
mentioned Final Subdivision Plan; thence by the approximate center line of West lake Drive
North 66 degrees 24 minutes 39 seconds West 239.99 feet to a railroad spike; thence by other
lands now or formerly of Robert F. Hair, Jr. and Carol Ann Hair North 23 degrees 18 minutes
27 seconds East 260.29 feet to an iron pin; thence by the same South 64 degrees 25 minutes
38 seconds East 272.56 feet to an iron pin; thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos. 4
and 5 on said Plan South 20 degrees 25 minutes 14 seconds West 251,01 feet to a railroad
spike, the Place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 1.6330 acres and being lot No.4 on a Final Subdivision Plan for
Robert F. Hair, Jr. and Ronald L. Kutz, as recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and
for Cumberland County, in Plan Book 76, Page 33.

BEING part of the same property which Robert F. H~ir, Jr. and Carol Ann Hair,
husband and wife, by their Deed dated February 5, 199B and recorded February 6, 1998, in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County, in Deed Book 171, Page 920,
granted and conveyed unto Jeffrey L. Hair and Cherie E, Hair, husband and wife.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contractor,
for and in consideration of the slim of One and 00/100 ($1.00) Dollar to (him/them) in hand paid
by Owner, the roceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned
In the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and thoir subcontractors, and all parties acting
through or under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims thereto for or on
account of any work done or materials furnished by th<31O or any of them under said contract
or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on
the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and
others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file and maintain any
mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or Clny of them, and agree that this
instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
