Plaintiff is Ocwen Io'ederal Bank FSB (hereinafter "Ocwen"), a corporation with officeslocllted at 1'he Forum, Ste. 402, 1675 Palm Beach Lakes Blvd., West Palm Beach, FL 33401. 2. Defendant is RANDOLPH J. WILLIS, an individual with a 11l8t-known addr,ess of 10023 Belle Rive Blvd., Apt 16-17, Jacksonville, PA 32256. 3. On February 26, 1993, defendantss made, executed and delivered a Pl'OmiS80J:"j' Note, inter al1a, to GMAC Mortgage Corp. for a loan made by it to them. Attach9d hereto as Exhibit "A" and made a part hereof is a true and correct copy of said Promissory Note. Said Promissory Note accompanies a Mortgage on premises 611 2nd Street, New Cumberland, PA 17070 dated February 26,1993 and recorded March 1, 1993 in the Office for the Recording of Deeds in and fOT Cumberland County, Mortgage Book 1119, page 927. 4. Through a series of assignments the said note and mortgage was lI8e1gned to Ocwen Federal Bank FSB. A true and correct copy of said assignmellt is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". S. The said loan is in default as a result of the failure to pay the monthly installments of $493.23 due on July 1, 1995 and on the first day of each month thereafter. 6. 1'he following is due on the loan: PRINCIPAL BALANCE . 70,052.28 INTEREST (accrued thru 6/1/98 at the per diem rate of $10.70. Interest alteI' 6/1/98shall accrue at said per diem rate. ) 11,569.35 .~. '. .\ LATE CIfAROP:S (accrued thru 6/1/98 at the monthly chuges of $19.73. In aocordance with Seotion 403 of Act No.6 of 1974, no notice was required beoause the original prlnoipal amount of the loan was in excess of $50,000.00. 8. In aocordance with Act 91 of 1983, notioe was sent to defendants and no response WIlS made in the appropriate period of time. A copy of said notioe is attaohed hereto as Exhibit "C". 9. Pursuant to the Fair Debt Collection Praotices Act, 15 U.S.C. S 1692 et seq. (1977), Defendants may dispute the valtdity of the debt or any portion thereof. If Defendants do so in writing within thirty (30) days of reoeipt of thiB pleading, Counsel for Platnttff will obtain and pt'ovtde Defendants with written verifloation thereof; otherwise, the debt will be assumed to be valid, Likewise, if requested within thirty (30) days of reoeipt of this ple~ding, Counsel for Plaintiff will send i Defendants the name and address of the orlgtpal or6dttor if different from above.
