STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS

THIS AGREEMENT made the (I day of June, 1998, by and between ROBERT
C. STINE. JR., hereinafter referred to as Contractor, and ROBERT W. LINDSAY and CAROL J.
LINDSAY, hereinafter referred to as Owner, whereby the former undertakes and agrees to
renovate the kitchen on:
ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of ground located on the Northeast corner of South College
Street and West South Street in the Borough of Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
more particularly bounded and described as follows, according to a survey made by Thomas A.
Neff, R.S., on August 7,1967:
BEGINNING at one-quarter inch drill hole at the Northeast corner of said Streets,
said drill hole being located 12 feet East of the curbline of South College Street and 10 feet 6
inches North of the curbline of West South Street; thence along South College Street, North, 18
degrees 10 minutes East 100 feet to a drill hole at line of lands now or formerly of St. Johns'
Episcopal Church; thence by said land, South 72 degrees 01 minute East 105.00 feet to an iron
pin at line of lands now or formerly of William K. Kirk; thence by said lands, South 18 degrees
10 minutes West 100.00 feet to a one-quarter inch drill hole 10.6 feet North of the curbline on
West South Street; thence along West South Street, North 72 degrees 01 minute West 105.00
feet to the Place of BEGINNING.
HAVING THEREON erected a two and one-half(2 1/2) story stucco dwelling house,
known and numbered as 155 South College Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
BEING the same property which C. Andrew Yoh, Jr. and Virginia Jasper Yoh,
husband and wife, and Ernest G. Sunday and Chicko Sunday, husband and wife, by their Deed
dated February 28, 1985 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Cumberland County, in Deed Book "0", Volume 31, Page 249, granted and conveyed unto
Robert White Lindsay and Carol Jean Lindsay, husband and wife, Mortgagors herein.
NOW THEREFORE, THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That the said Contracto~, for and
in consideration of the sum of One and 00/100 ($1.00) Dollar to him in hand paid by Owner,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the
agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims thereto for or on account
of any work done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or
otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the
