6. That SUA WN C. FOSTER desires to have his name changed to SUA WN C.
BAER.
7. That DARRYL LEE BAER desires to have the name of the minor child changed
to SUA WN C. BAER, because it would be in the best interest of the child.
8. That the change of name from SUA WN C. FOSTER to SUA WN C. BAER
would not be harmful to the rights of others or prejudicial to the public good, but
would in fact be in the best interest of the child.
9. That there are no judgments or decrees of any nature outstanding against SUA WN
C. FOSTER.
