COMPLAINT FOR VISITATION
1. The Plaintiffs are Sandra E. Price and Barry A. Price,
adult individual, residing at 11 Wadsworth Drive, East Berlin,
PA 17316.
2. The Defendant, India Iacona-Price, is an adult
individual residing at 2889 Ford Farm Road, Mechanicsburg, PA
17055.
3. The Defendant, James D. Price, is an adult individual
residing at 4175 Mountain View Road, Apt. 114, Mechanicsburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
4. Plaintiffs seek visitation of the following child:

paternal grandparents.
5. The Defendants are the parents.
6. Plaintiffs have not participated as a part or witness,
or in another capacity, on other litigation concerning the
custody of the child in this or another court. The court, term
and number, and its relationship to this action is: Not
applicable.
Plaintiffs have no information of a custody proceeding
concerning the child pending in a court of this Commonwealth.

Plaintiffs do not know of a person not a party to the
proceedings who has physical custody of the child or claims to
have custody or visitation rights with respect to the child.
