I, The Plaintiffis JIM ZA VITSANOS an adult individual currently residing at 460 N, St.
Johns Drive, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011.
2. The Defendant is CRYSTAL T. ZA VITSANOS an adult individual currently residing at
R.R, 2 2900, Grantville, Pennsylvania 17028,
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, for a
period in excess of six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4, Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 14, 1996,
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parties in this or
any other jurisdiction,
6, This action is not collusive,
7, Plaintiff and Defendant have bcen separated since March 1997,
