and avers as follows:
COUNT I - DIVORCE
I. Plaintiff is GARY W. MILLER, an adult individual who resides at 2883 Letterkenny
Road, Chambersburg, Pennsylvania 17201.
2. Defendant is MISSY A. MILLER, an adult individual who resides at 3314 Glen Hollow
Road, Dover, Pennsylvania 17315.
3, Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents of the Commonwealth for at least
six months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4, The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on Jun 21,1997 in York County, Pennsylvania,
5, There have been no prior actions of divorce filed in this matter.
6, Plaintiff and Defendant are not members of the United States Anned Forces,
7. TIle marriage is irretrievably broken, and the parties are proceeding under Section 330l(c)
of the Divorce Code,
8. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff may have the right
to request that the cOUlt require the parties to participate in counseling.

8, It is the parties' intention that holiday visitation shall take priority ovcr the Jlonnal
alternating custody sehcdulc. Each party shall excrcise a pcriod of physical custody during thc
Summertime of fourteen (14) consccutivc days, Thc party intcnding to exccntc such a period of
custody shall notify the othcr party with at lcast sevcn (7) days advanccd noticc of his or hcr
intention to exercise such Summcr vacation timc, It is thc parties' intention that such time shall takc
priority over the normal altcrnating custody schedulc, In thc cvcnt that thc parties wish to cxcrcisc
fcwer than 14 days consccnlively, they may do so withont waiving their right to cxecutc the 14 day
visit in future years.
9. Neither pmty shall unreasonably withhold rights of visitation or custody from the othcr
parent.
10. It is aniicipated that thc periods of cnstody specified for thc father are minimums and may
be expanded as the partics may agree.
11. The partics shall be mutually responsible for tnU1sportation arrangements. It is anticipated
that they shall continue their practice of mceting at a mutually convenient location for custody
transfers.
12, Either party may schedule mcdical appointments for the child. The parent who does so
shall notify the other parent of the specific date, time and location of such appointments to afford the
other parent the opportunity to participate in each such medical visit.
13, It is anticipated that neither party shall pay child support to the other as a result of this
custodial arrangemcnl.
14, The pmties agrcc and anticipate that this agreement for custody and visitation may be
entered as an Order of Court in the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
