child and shall further take any nccessary steps to cnsurc that the health. welfare and wcll being of the
child is protected.

All parties shall have reasonable telcphone contact with the child during periods when the child
is not in the custody of that party.

NOW, TIIEI~EFOUE, in consideration of thc mutual covenants, promiscs and agreements as

Mothcr, Bcth A. Gondcr, and Fathcr, John J, Frentz, shall share joint legal custody of said minor
child, Jennifer Lynn Lilllc.

Father, John J, Frentz, shall have primary physical custody of the minor child, Jennifer Lynn
Lilllc.

Father, John J. Frentz, a current resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, shall be pemlitted to relocate
the minor child to his home in Indianapolis, Indiana, or any other such location within the United States
of America where Fathcr may reside, and shall kecp Mother adviscd at all times as to the residence and
location of the minor child.

Mother, Beth A. Gonder, shall enjoy periods of partial physical custody of the child at
times and places which are mutually agrceable bctweenthe parties.
