primary physical custody of the minor children,
3, Defendant, Barbara Hartman, (hereinafter referred to as "mother") shall
have partial physical custody according to the following schedule:
A. Alternate weekends beginning after school on Friday through 5:00 PM
on Sunday.
B, A consecutive thirty day period during the children's summer vacation
to be discussed and agreed upon between the parties,
4. The mother shall pay the father the sum of Three Hundred Dollars per
month for the support of the palties' minor children. Said support shall be paid directly to
Mr, Hartman, Ifit becomes necessary, Mr. Hartman can request that the Domestic
Relations Office enter the parties' agreement with regards to SUPPOlt as an order of court
and enforce it as such,
5, The pm1ies acknowledge that this Stipulation is not the result of any duress
or undue influence in that this Stipulation is being entered into freely and voluntarily after
having received legal adviee from their respective counsel.
6. The parties further agree that this Stipulation shall be entered as an Order of
Court, As such the Stipulation shall have the same full force and effect as if the matter
had been tried and decided.
7, This Stipulation and Order of Court shall replace and supersede any
existing custody an'angements between the palties,
