7, Upon vacating the leased premises, Tomassi provided to
Martin a forwarding address and telephone number,
8. Despite repeated requests, Martin has failed to return
to Tomassi her security deposit,
9. Martin has not notified Tomassi of any deductions, or
reasons for possible deductions from the security deposit.
COUNT I
VIOLATION OF LANDLORD-TENANT ACT 68 P,S. 9250, 101 et seq.
10. Paragraphs 1 through 9 are incorporated fully herein
by reference.
11, Martin has failed to provide a written list to Tomassi
within thirty days of her vacating the premises setting forth
any alleged damages to the premises,
12. Despite providing written notice of a forwarding
address, Martin has failed and refused to return to Tomassi her
security deposit,
13, Pursuant to 68 P.S. ~250 512(c), Tomassi is entitled
to double the amount of her security deposit.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff respectfully requests this Honorable
Court enter judgment for plaintiff and against Defendant in the
amount of $1,450,00 plus costs, interest and all other relief
