Accordingly, I AWARD as follows:
1, AMERICAN BUILDING SYSTEMS, INC., hereinafter referred to as
RESPONDENT, shall pay to STEEL BUILDING ERECTORS, INC.,
hereinafter referred to as CLAIMANT, the net sum of $3",0"1,38
plus interest at the rate of 6% per annum from May 20, .1998
until paid,
2. The administrative fees and expenses of the American Arbitration
Association totaling $1.385.20 shall be borne equally by the
parties and paid as directed by the Association, Therefore,
RESPONDENT shall pay directly to CLAIMANT the sum of $375.00 for
that portion of their one-half share of the administrative fees
and expenses previously advanced by CLAIMANT to the Association,
3. The arbitrator's fees and expenses totaling $622.00 shall be
