I, LOIE H. HEFFLEFINGER, of 1064 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executor to sell the cabin and the 13 acres,
more or less, in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
if owned by me at my death, at either public or private sale, and
to give good and sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I
could do if living, and to divide the proceeds therefrom between
my children living at my death, share and share alike.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my
children, share and share alike, the child or children of any
deceased child taking the share their parent would have taken if
1 iving.
3. I nominate and appoint Robert J. Weibley, to be
the executor of this my last will and testament, he is to
serve as such without bond.
4. I hereby suggest that my personal representative retain
the services of Irwin, Irwin & HcKnight, as attorneys in the
CERTIFICATION OF NOTICE UNDER RULE 11,0(1\)

I, LOIE H. HEFFLEFINGER, of 1064 Harrisburg Pike, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this instrument to be my
last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills and codicils
heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my executor to sell the cabin and the 13 acres,
more or less, in Penn Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
if owned by me at my death, at either public or private sale, and
to give good and sufficient deeds therefor, in fee simple, as I
could do if living, and to divide the proceeds therefrom between
my children living at my death, share and share alike.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate of every nature and wherever situate to my
children, share and share alike, the child or children of any
deceased child taking the share their parent would have taken if
living.
3. I nominate and appoint Robert J. Weibley, to be
the executor of this my last will and testament, he is to
serve as such without bond.

MOUNTAIN GROUND
DEAR ROGER:
The land is all wooded with little timber value due to the
devastation done by the Gypsy Moth. Their is a small cabin
with a rubber roof. Some areas you can see the daylight
through the exterior walls. The survey shows that the tract
is very long and narrow, which is not as desirable as a
rectangular parcel.
I am a Real Estate Broker, licensed by the Commonwealth of
Pennsylvania, and have been actively engaged in the Real
Estate Profession for eighteen years in Cumberland and
surrounding counties.
At your request, I inspected a tract of mountain land with
Jamie Hefflefinger at 10:3<:1 a.m. on Thursday December 27.
1995 to establish a market value for the estate.
The tract of land is located in Penn Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvnia, south of Mountain View Road and
approximately one mile on High Mountain Road. You turn left
on to Barr's Gap Road (a private mountain road), proceed
approximately one half mile through Michaux State Forest
and Wilmer Hefflefinger's tract (see attached sketches and
aerial map). Follow road to left or north 800' to the cabin.
This road continues 150'and crosses over the boundary to an
adjoining property owner meandering through the wooded area.
Their is no recorded Right-of-Way other than being a private
mountain road used by local property owners.
The tract being appraised is part of a larger tract recorded
in Deed Book UR" Volume 8 pg 572. This tract is approximately
12.5 acres of mountain land extending from the top of the
mountain 3444.25' down hill or north. This tract is not shown
on ~he proper aerial map # 31-13-011<:1 but has been surveyed
by a Professional Land Surveyor, Eugene A. Hockensmith. (See
attached sketch)
