possessing a sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding
do hereby make, declnre nnd publish this ns and for my lnst Will
and Testament, hereby revoking nnd muking void nny and nIl formar
wills and writings in the nature thereof by me at any time hereto-
fore made.
FIRST: I hereby order and direct that my executor, herein-
after named, shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses as
soon as may be conveniontly dono aftor my decease.
SECOND: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, of whatsoever kind and wheresoever
situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, Harry L.
Biesecker, absolutely and in fee.

THIRD: In the event my husband, Harry L. Biesecker, has pre-
deceased me or fails to su~vive me by a period of thirty (30)
days, then and in either ovent, I rovoke the provisionu of tho
Second Paragraph hereof, and I give, doviue and boqueath all my
said estate balance unto our four children, Anna B. Failo~ Dorothy
B. Holtry, Helen B. Palmer, and Harriet S. Biesecker, equally,
or unto their issue, per stirpes.
FOURTH: I direct that all advancements of money or property
made by me during my said lifetime to any of my said children
which has not boen repaid prior to tho date of my death shull be
taken and considered as purt of the shure of such child in my
