I, ETHEL I. HESS, of Upper Allen Township, Cumberland
ounty, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory
nd understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as
nd for my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking and making
any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid
s soon as practical after my death by my Executrix hereinafter
named.
2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and
remainder of my estate, real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever
the same may be situate, to my niece, BETTY BARKER HARRIS,
provided she shall survive me by a period of thirty (30) days.
3. In the event my niece, BETTY BARKER HARRIS, should fail
to survive me by the aforesaid period of thirty (30) days, then
in such event, I give, devise and bequeath my Estate in equal
shares to the following children of my niece, BETTY BARKER
HARRIS: ANTONETTE INDOLFI DEITER, DONALD INDOLFI and MARIA
INDOLFI RITCHIE, their heirs and assigns.
Should any of the aforementioned children of my niece,
BETTY BARKER HARRIS, predecease me or fail to survive me by a
period of thirty (30) days, then in such event, I give, devise
and bequeath his or her share of my estate to his or her issue
surviving me per stirpes and if there should be no such issue,
then such share shall lapse.
