My Executors shall have no duty or obligation to obtain reimbursement for any such tax so paid, even though on proceeds of insurance or other property not passing under this Will. The marker on my grave shall be a footstone only and shall be similar to that of my mother and father. 2. I give the two (2) pictures of my mother and father to my nephew, WAYNE HURLEY, to be given later on to his son, MICHAEL HURLEY. 3. I give the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to the L.LL L,L,S, Page 1 of 5 Pages , . .' Trustees of KUTZ'S CHURCH and CEMETERY for use in the cara of the church and cemetery as located on Claremont Road near Dry town, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 4 , I give the sum of One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00) unto my brother, LEE SNYDER, and a similar sum to my sister, EMMA HURLEY. If either Lee or Emma shall predecease me, then the bequest to Lee shall go to his daughter, KATHRYN SNYDER HARTLINE, and Emma's bequest shall go to her children, WAYNE HURLEY and JOAN HURLEY DROUSKEY. 5. To each of my nieces and nephews, STERN SNYDER, JR., RAY SNYDER, JR., JOAN HURLEY DROUSKEY, WAYNE HURLEY and KATHRYN SNYDER HARTLINE, I give the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00). 6. I direct that my household goods and my 1965 Ford automobile shall be sold by my Executors and the proceeds added to my estate. 7. All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, both real and personal property, I direct shall be divided equally among my sisters and brothers with STERN SNYDER, JR. taking the share of his father. I direct that my Executors shall not be required to file a bond to secure the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction, 10. I authorize and empower my personal representatives, in their sole and absolute discretion, to purchase or otherwise acquire and retain any investments of which I die seized or any real or personal property of any nature; to sell, lease, pledge, mortgage, transfer, exchange, dispose of or grant options in regard to any or all property of any kind forming a part of my estate for such terms and such prices as they may deem advisable; to borrow money for any purposes connected with the protection and preservation of my estate; to mortgage or pledge any real or personal property forming a part of my estate or to join in or secure the partition of same; to compromise any claims or demands of my estate against others or of others against my estate; to make distribution in kind and to L.L,j L.L,S.
