LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, RONALD A. BISHOP, JR" of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking any and all Wills by me anytime heretofore made.
I Bpecifically revoke my Last Will and Testament dated June 9,
1974,
FIRST: I direct that all of my funeral expenses be paid,
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, of
whatever nature and wheresoever situate, to my children in equal
share; one-half to TERRY S, BISHOP of 34 Lilac Drive
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, and one-
half to GARY-S, BISHOP and his wife DIANE E, BISHOP of 495 Sipe
Road, York Haven, York County, Pennsylvania 17370, if they
survive me by at least thirty (30) days,
THIRD: In the event that my son, TERRY S, BISHOP,
predeceases me then one-half of the distribution due him shall be
distrusted to ALLISON SEITCHIK the daughter of my son, TERRY and
his former wife BETH of Middletown, Pennsylvania 17057; and one-
half of the distribution shall be distributed to GARY S. BISHOP
and DIANE E, BISHOP,
In the event that GARY S. BISHOP and DIANE E, BISHOP predecease
me or predecease any distribution due him/her, then their share

Bhall be distributed per the terms hereof to their children per
stirpeB, At the date of this Will GARY S, BISHOP and DIANE E,
BISHOP have a daughter KELLY N, BISHOP,
FOURTH: If distribution herein is to a beneficiary under
the age of eighteen (18) years the distribution shall be placed
in trust for the benefit of said beneficiary.
FIFTH: My beneficiaries may choose specific items of my
Estate to be retained by them, The fair market value of those
items shall be determined by my beneficiaries or by the Executor
if they are unable to agree on a fair market value. The
distribution due any of my beneficiaries shall be reduced by the
fair market value of any items chosen by each of them,
SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sons,
Terry S. Bishop and Gary S. Bishop, to be the co-Executors of my
Estate. The Executors shall serve without bond,
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
these two (2) typewritten pages aSA and for, my Last Will and

LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, RONALD A. BISHOP, JR" of Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and TeBtament,
hereby revoking any and all Wills by me anytime heretofore made.
I specifically revoke my Last Will and Testament dated June 9,
1974,
FIRST: I direct that all of my funeral expenses be paid.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest,
residue and remainder of my estate, real and personal, of
whatever nature and wheresoever situate, to my children in equal
share; one-half to TERRY S. BISHOP of 34 Lilac Drive
Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055, and one-
half to GARY S. BISHOP and his wife DIANE E. BISHOP of 495 Sipe
Road, York Haven, York County, Pennsylvania 17370, if they
survive me by at least thirty (30) days.
THIRD: In the event that my son, TERRY S, BISHOP,
predeceases me then one-half of the distribution due him shall be
distrusted to ALLISON SEITCHIK the daughter of my son, TERRY and
his former wife BETH of Middletown, Pennsylvania 17057; and one-
half of the distribution shall be distributed to GARY S, BISHOP
and DIANE E. BISHOP,
In the event that GARY S, BISHOP and DIANE E. BISHOP predecease
me or predecease any distribution due him/her, then their share

shall be distributed per the terms hereof to their children per
stirpes. At the date of thiB Will GARY S, BISHOP and DIANE E,
BISHOP have a daughter KELLY N, BISHOP.
FOURTH: If distribution herein iB to a beneficiary under
the age of eighteen (IB) years the distribution Bhall be placed
in trust for the benefit of said beneficiary,
FIFTH: My beneficiaries may choose specific items of my
Estate to be retained by them, The fair market value of those
items shall be determined by my beneficiaries or by the Executor
if they are unable to agree on a fair market value. The
distribution due any of my beneficiarie~ shall be reduced by the
fair market value of any items chosen by each of them,
SIXTH: I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my sons,
Terry S, Bishop and Gary S, Bishop, to be the Co-Executors of my
Estate. The Executors shall serve without bond.
