I, CHARLES T. PARKER, of 63 North 31st Street, Camp Hill,
Pennsylvania, make, publiBh and declare this to be my Last Will
and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all
former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1. I direct the payment of my just debts and funeral
expenses as soon after my death as may be convenient to my
Executrix hereinafter named.
2. I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate,
of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate, to my wife, Lyle
B. Parker, provided she survives me by a period of thirty (30)
days.
3. In the event my wife, Lyle B. Parker, does not survive
me, or if by reason of a common disaster we both receive in-
juries resulting in death of both of us within thirty (30) days
of each other, I give, devise and bequeath the entire remainder
of my estate unto my son, Charles T. Parker II.
4. I nominate and appoint my wife, Lyle B. Parker, to be
the Executrix of this, my Will, if she survives me. If my wife
does not survive me or is unable or unwilling to act in this
capacity, I nominate and appoint my son, Charles T. Parker II
to be Executor of this, my Will.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereunto set my hand and seal this
