LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF FLORENCK A. HOSLI!R
1. FLORENCK A. HOSLI!R, of the Township of Silver Spring,
County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound and
disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare
this my Lsst Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any
and all prior Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
as soon after my decease as the same can be conveniently done, and in this
respect. I direct that all estate, inheritance and succession taxes which
may be assessed as a consequence of my death, of whatsoever nature and
by whatever jurisdiction imposed, be paid out of the principal of my
estate.
2.
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Ilollars
to my greatniece, CHRISTINE BIDDLE.
3.
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
to my greatnephew, GARY BIDDLE.

I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollarll
to my sister, NELLIE LOGAN. if she survives me.
5.
I give snd bequeath the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars
to my niece. HETTIE SHOFF.
6.
I give and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars
to my good friend, IRENE HIRSCH.
7.
I give and bequeath the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars
to my nephew, JESSE ECKERT, JR.
8.
I give and bequesth the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollsrs
to the TRIHDLE SPRINGS EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN CHURCH, subject however, to
the condition thst the same be placed in a. fund, such as a memorisl fund,
and the same be used for the purchsse of such items as a piano, church
pews, altar rail, or applied to the purchase of a new church organ;'sub-
ject further, to the express condition that a memorial plaque must be
placed on the item so purchased, or otherwise suitably displayed, setting

I give and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of

For the purpose of facilitating the settlement and distribu-
tion of my estate, I authorize, empower and direct my Executrices, here-
inafter named, to sell any and all real estate which I may own at the
time of my decease, as well as my personal property, at either public
or private aale or sales.
11.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my niece, GLORIA
J. ROSS, and my niece, IIHLER BIDDLE, Co-Executrices of this, my Last
Will and Testament, and direct that they be excuaed from posting bond
or other security for the faithful performance of their duties.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and aeal this
18th day of March, A. D. 1991.
