LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT

GERALDINE E. DAVIS
I, GERALDINE E. DAVIS, of Wormleysburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understand-
ing, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all
other wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I.
I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
II.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, I here-
by give, devise and bequeath unto my son, CRAIG ALLEN DAVIS.
III.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
CRAIG ALLEN DAVIS, as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testamen
IV.
No fiduciary acting under this Will shall be required
to post bond in this jurisdiction or in any jurisdiction in which
he may act.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Geraldine E. Davis, the
Testatrix, have unto this, my Last Will and Testament, set my

I, GERALDINE E. DAVIS, of Wormleysburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understand-
ing, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for my Last
Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void any and all
other wills by me at any time heretofore made.
I.
I direct that my Executor hereinafter named shall pay
all my just debts and funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may
be done after my decease.
II.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
whether real, personal or mixed, and wheresoever situate, I here-
by give, devise and bequeath unto my son, CRAIG ALLEN DAVIS.
III.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
CRAIG ALLEN DAVIS, as Executor of this, my Last Will and Testamen
