Act '48 of 1994 provides for the reduction of the talC rates Imposed on the net value of transfers to or for

hereby revoking and making void any and all wills or codicils at any time
heretofore made by me.
ARTICLE I
I direct the payment of all my legal debts, and the eKpenses of my last
illness and funeral from my Estate as soon after my death as conveniently may
be done. I direct that all taKes that may be assessed in consequence of my
death. of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid
from my Residuary Estate as part of the eKpense of the administration of my
Estate.

I give and bequeath those articles of my household furniture and
furnishings and those articles of my personal effects and personal property as
