AND J/OW this 1 (f/ day of December, 1996, no objeotions having
been filed to the First and Final Account of DONIlLD E. WHITMAN,
Exeoutor of tho Last Will and Teotament of MILDRED V. WHITMAN, late
of South Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, decoaoed,
within the time fixed by the Rules of Court, oaid Account was oonfirmed
absolutely by this Court on November 26, 1996, and at the same time,
the Schedule of Proposed Distribution was approved and Distribution
was awarded in aooordance with said Schedule.
IT IS FURTIIER ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that in accordanoe with the
said Final Aooount and Statement of Proposed Distribution as oonfirmed
by the Court, the Distribution of the following desoribed real estate
of the deoedent is hereby awarded to DONALD E. WHITMAN, his heirs and
assigns, a desoription of whioh is as follows:
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land with the improvements thereon
ereoted, situate in South Middleton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and desoribed as follows, to wit:-
BOUJIDED on the South by the York Road; on the West by Lot
No. 13, Block "11" of the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots;
on the North by Lot Uo. 71, Blook "H" of said Plan; and on
the East by Lot J/o. 17, Blook "1[" of said Plan.

in depth 300.0 feet to Lot No. 71, aforesaid.
