paid fIall my residuaty estate as soon as practical after my death. I direct
that my Executor payout of my residuary estate, as a general charge thereon,
all inheritance, estate, succession and other taxes together with any interest
or penalty thereon assessed by reason of my death with regard to all properties
and assets subject to such taxes, whether or not such property and assets pass
