I, DAISY N. OILER, of West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memol'y and understanding, do
hereby make, publish and deelare this as and for my last Will and Testament,

hereby revoking an:! making void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore
made.
1. I direct my hereinafter named Executors to pay all of my just debts
and funeral expenses as soon after my death as may be found convenient to do so.
2. The balance of my estate, real and personal, and wheresoever the same
may be situate, I give, devise and bequeath unto my husband, Luther E. Oiler,
his heirs and assigns, absolutely.
3. If my said husband is not living at the time of my death, then the balance of
my estate. I direct shall be divided In equal shares between my two children,
Nancy Ann Oiler Wood and Gary E. Oller.
4. I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my said two children, Nancy
Ann Oiler Wood and Gary E. Oiler, Executors of this my last Will and
Testament.
