AND NOW comes Thelma F. Grossman, mother and natural guardian
of John Charles Grossman, a minor, by her attorney, Susan E.
Lederer, and in support of her petition for the appointment of a
natural guardian of the Estate of John Charles Grossman, a minor,
for the receipt of a distribution from the Estate of Milton
Friedman, deceased, avers the following:
1. Petitioner, Thelma F. Grossman, of 406 Norman Road, Camp
Hill, cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011, is the mother and
natural guardian of John Charles Grossman, a minor.
2. The minor, John Charles Grossman, was born on January 27,
1981. He is currently thirteen (13) years of age, and he resides
with Petitioner at 406 Norman Road, Camp Hill, CUmberland County,
Pennsylvania 17011.
3. Petitioner's father, Milton Friedman, died on July 9,
1995. Mr. Friedman was a resident of Florida at the time of his
death and the Estate of Milton Friedman, Case #95-3535(2) was filed
in Dade County, Florida on July 28, 1995.

4. Under the terms of the will of Milton Friedman, the minor
grandchild, John Charles Grossman, will receive seven percent (7%)
of the net estate. The attorney for the estate, Allen David
stolar, Esquire, has estimated the value of said distribution to be
approximately Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00).
5. In accordance with the requirements of Florida law,
Pennsylvania letters of guardian and a receipt and consent to
discharge the Pennsylvania guardian of the estate are required for
distribution of said estate interest. A copy of a Memorandum
issued by Mark J. Ploss, Ex Parte Clerk for Dade County, Florida,
is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
6. Petitioner will deposit said estate distribution into an
existing custodial Uniform Transfers to Minors Account with
Fidelity Asset Manager, account #314-0461570095, in the name of
John C. Grossman. Petitioner serves as custodian of said account.
WHEREFORE, it is respectfully requested that this Honorable
Court appoint Petitioner, Thelma F. Grossman, as Guardian of the
Estate of John Charles Grossman, for the purpose of receiving and
maintaining the minor's distributive share of the Estate of Milton
Friedman, deceased; authorize Petitioner, Thelma F. Grossman, to
execute any receipts or other appropriate documents necessary to
facilitate the distribution of estate funds in accordance with
Florida law; and direct Petitioner to deposit said estate
distribution to the custodial UTMA Fidelity Asset Manager account
#314-0461570095 in the name of John c. Grossman. It is further

upon
consideration of the annexed Petition and hearing on this matter,
it is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that Petitioner, Thelma F.
Grossman, is appointed as Guardian of the Estate of John Charles
Grossman for the purpose of receiving and maintaining the minor's
distributive share of the Estate of Milton Friedman, deceased.
Petitioner, Thelma F. Grossman, is authorized and directed to
execute any and all receipts, consents to discharge or other
documents necessary to facilitate the distribution of estate funds
from the Estate of Milton Friedman on behalf of John Charles
Grossman, a minor and beneficiary of the Estate.
It is further ORDERED AND DECREED that Petitioner, Thelma F.
Grossman shall open a new custodial UTMA account with Fidelity
Investments in the name of John C. Grossman, and said account shall
be opened with a stop transactions order indicating that no
withdrawals may be made from the account until the minor attains
the age of majority, except as authorized by prior order of court.
Petitioner, Thelma F. Grossman, shall provide evidence to the Court
of the opening of said account, depositing of the estate
distribution into the account, and marking of such account to
