LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, G. WEIR STROCK, widower, of the Borough of Mechanicsburg;'
County of Cumberland, and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind,
memory and understanding, do make, ~ublish and declare this to be
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all
former wills, codicils and other testamentary dispositions by me
at any time heretof.ore made.
1.
I direct my executor, hereinafter named, to pay as soon as
practicable after my decease all my just debts and the expenses of
my last illness and burial.
2.
I give and bequeath the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000,00) Dollars
unto the First United Methodist Church, of Mechanicsburg, Pa..
3,
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
to D. W. Seidle Memorial Hospital, of Mechanicsburg, Pa.
4.
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
to Masonic Hall Association, of Mechanicsburg, Pa.
5.
I give and bequeath the sum of Five Hundred ($500.00) Dollars
unto Chestnut Hill Cemetery Association, Mechanicsburg, Pa.
6.
, I give and devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of my estate as follows:
(A)
I give, devise and bequeath the one-eighth (1/8) share
of my estate to which MY son, George W. Strock, would
have been entitled had he survived me unto his widow:'
Ruth Strock, and his children; Rosalie Strock Green,
G. Nevin Strock, Judy Strock Hoke, Barry Strock and
Nancy Strock Signor, in equal shares.

(B) The remainine seven-eighth (7/8) of the rest, residue
and remainder of my estate, I give, devise and bequeath
unto my children: Ralph L. Strock, Robert L. Strock,
Clair E. Strock, Clyde L. Strock, Mary Strock Rook,
J. Paul Strock and Martha Strock McMillen, equally,
share and share alike.
7.
I hereby nominate, constitute and appoint my son. Clyde L.
Strock, executor of this my Last Will and Testament. Should my
said son fail to qualify or cease to act as Executor, I nominate,
comdtute and appoint my son, Robert L. Strock, executor of this my
Last Will.
8.
I appoint The First Bank and Trust Company of Mechanicsbur~, Pa.
guardian of any property which passes, either under this will or
otherwise, to a minor and with resoect to which I am authorized to
appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so.
Such guardian shall have the power to use principal as well as
income from time to time for the minor's support and education
(including post hip,h school education) without regard to his or
her parent's ability to provide for such support and education, or
to make payment for these purposes without further responsibility,
to the minor or to the minor's parent or to any person taking care
of the minor.
9.
I direct that my personal representative and guardian,
as well as their successors, shall not be required to give bond
for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, G. WEIR STROCK, the Testator, have here-
unto set my hand and seal to this my Last Will and Testament on this

Strock McMillen, the sole residuary legatees, devisees of the Estate of
said decedent, and the only persons entitled to share in the distribution
of said Estate, do hereby declare and say that we, and each of us, have
examined the foregoing account and Schedule of Distribution and find the
same to be true and correct and in strict accordance with the terms and
provisions of said Will, and do hereby acknowledge that we, and each of us,
this day have had and received of and fran Clyde L. strock, Personal
Representative of the Estate of G. Weir Strock, the securities and cash set
opposite our, and each of our names, in the above stated advancements
schedule of Distribution, in full satisfaction, payment and discharge of
all such sum or sums of money, legacies and bequests, share or shares,
purparts and dividends which were due, owing payable and belonging to us,
and each of us, by any means whatsoever, for or on account of our, and each
of our, full share, part or dividend of the Estate of the said decedent and
all interest accrued thereon.
NOW THEREFam, we, and each of us, the said residuary legatees,
devisees and distributees of the Estate of G. Weir Strock, deceased, do by
these presents remise, release, quit-claim and forever discharge the said
Clyde L. Strock, Executor of said Estate, his heirs, executors and
administrators, of and from our, and each of our, said shares or dividends
of said Estate aforesaid, and of and fran all actions, suits, payments,
accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason
thereof, or of any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the
beginning of the world to the day and date of these said presents.
AND, desiring to avoid the delaying and expense of the settlement
of the said Estate by filing the foregoing Account of said administration
in the Office of the Clerk of the Orphans' Court of said Cumberland County,
and by having the balance in the hands of the Executor, as shown by said
Account, distributed by an auditor appointed by the Orphans' Court
Division, of the Court of COllIllOn Pleas of Cumberland County, PA, we, and
each of us, do hereby agree that the foregoing statement concerning the
manner of settlement may be recorded with the same effect upon us, and each
of us, as if the same had been reported by the said Court of COllII1On Pleas -

AND, in consideration of the aforesaid settlement being made

Strock, the allm of Five lIundred ($500.00) Dollars in full satisfaction and
payment of all SUch Sll11 or sums of money as was bequeathed to it under Item
5 of the Last Will and Testament of G. Weir StrOCk, deceased.
AND T11mEFOOE, the said Chestnut lIill Cemetery Association,
Mechanicsburg, PA does by these Presents remise, release, quitclaim and
forever discharge the said Clyde L. Strock, Executor of the Estate of G.
Weir StrOCk, his heirs, executors and administrators, of and from the said
bequest and of and frQll all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reCkonings,
claims and demands Whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of any other
act, matter, cause 01:" thing whatsoevel:".

Mechanicaburg, PA has caused this Release to be signed by its President,
attested to by its Secretary and affixed hereunto the seal of said cemetery
