WHEREAS, Craig E. Enck, late of the TOWnShip of Middlesex, county
of C\.Ill'berland and state of pennaylvania, died on the 21st day of January,
1996, Intestate and Letters of Administration were issued to Ronald G.
Enck; and
WHEREAS, the said Craig E. Enck was never married and never had
any issue; and
WHEREAS, the said Craig E. Enck was survived by his Father,
Ronald G. Enck and his Mother, Belva J. Enck and his brother, Rodney A.
Enck; and
WIIEREAS, Ronald G. Enck and Belva J. Enck, parents of said
decedent, are the sole parties entitled to the Estate of said decedent
under section 2103 of the probate, Estates and Fiduciaries COde; and
~ lQOI ALL MP2l BY THESE PRBSENJ.'S, that we, Ronald G. Enck and
Belva J. Enck, the sole heirs entitled to share in the distribution in the
Estate of said decedent, and the only persons entitled to share in the
distribution of said Estate, do hereby declare and say that we, and each of
us, have examined the foregoing account and Schedule of Distribution and
find the same to be true and correct and do hereby acknowledge that we, and
each of us, this day have had and received of and from Ronald G. Enck,
Personal Representative of said Craig E. Enck Estate, the items set
opposite our, and each of our names, in the above stated Schedule of
Distribution, in full satisfaction, payment and discharge of all such sum
or sums of money, share or shares, purparts and dividends which were due,
OIling payable and belonging to us, and each of us, by any means whatsoever,
for or on account of our, and each of our, full share, part or dividend of
the Estate of the said decedent and all interest accrued thereon.
lOi 'l'HBREI1OOE, we, and each of us, the said Ronald G. Enck and
Belva J. Enck, do by these presents remise, release, quit-claim and forever
discharge the said Ronald G. Enck, his heirs, executors and administrators,
of and from our, and each of our, said shares or dividends of said Estate
aforesaid, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever, for or by reason thereof, or of
any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the
world to the day and date of these said presents.
AND, desiring to avoid the delaying and expense of the settlement
of the said Estate by filing the foregoing Account of said administration
in the Office of the Clerk of the orphans I court of said county, and by
having the balance in the hands of the Administrator, as shown by said
Account, distributed by an auditor appointed by the orphans' court
Division, of the court of Con1IlOn pleas of C\.Ill'berland county, we, and each
of us, do hereby agree that the foregoing statement concerning the manner
of settlement may be recorded with the same effect upon us, and each of us,
as if the same had been reported by the said court of ccmnon pleas -
orphans' court Division.

without the aid of said COurt of Conrnon pleas - Orphans' Court Division,

hereinbefore set forth, shall be hereafter recovered against the Estate of

RELEASE
WIIEREAS, Craig E. ErIck, late of the Township of Middlesex, County
of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, died on the 21st day of January,
1996, Intestate and Letters of Administration were issued to Ronald G.
Enck; and
WIIEREAS, the said Craig E. ErIck was never married and never had
any issue; and
HIIEREI\S, the said Craig E. Enck was survived by his Father,
Ronald G. Enck and his Mother, Belva J. Enck and his brother, Rodoey A.
Enck; and
tlllEREAS, Ronald G. Enck and Belva J. Enck, parents of said
decedent, are the sole parties entitled to the Estate of said decedent
under Section 2103 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code; and
tu'l Ktu'l ALL Mm BY T1IF.'lE PRESENrS, that we, Ronald G. Enck and
Belva J. Enck, the sole heirs entitled to share in the distribution in the
Estate of said decedent, and the only persons entitled to share in the
distribution of said Estate, do hereby declare and say that we, and each of
us, have examined the foregoing account and Schedule of Distribution and
find the same to be true and correct and do hereby acknowledge that we, and
each of us, this day have had and received of and from Ronald G. Enck,
Personal Representative of said Craig E. Enck Estate, the items set
opposite our, and each of our names, in the above stated Schedule of
Distribution, in full satisfaction, payment and discharge of all such sum
or sums of money, share or shares, purparts and dividends which were due,
owing payable and belonging to us, and each of us, by any means whatsoaver,
for or on account of our, and each of our, full share, part or dividend of
the Estate of the said decedent and all interest accrued thereon.
tal T1JEREFatE, we, and each of us, the said Ronald G. Enck and
Belva J. Enck, do by these presents remise, release, quit-claim and forever
discharge the said Ronald G. Enck, his heirs, executors and administrators,
of and from our, and each of our, said shares or dividends of said Estate
aforesaid, and of and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts,
reckonings, claims and demands whatsoaver, for or by reason thereof, or of
any other act, matter, cause or thing whatsoever, from the beginning of the
world to the day and date of these said presents.
AND, desiring to avoid the delaying and expense of the settlement
of the said Estate by filing the foregoing Account of said administration
in the Office of the Clerk of the orphans' COurt of said County, and by
having the balance in the hands of the Aaninistrator, as shown by said
Account, distributed by an auditor appointed by the Orphans' Court
Division, of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, we, and each
of us, do hereby agree that the foregoing statement concerning the manner
of settlement may be recorded with the same effect upon us, and each of us,
as if the same had been reported by the said Court of Common pleas -
orphans' COurt Division.
