by me.
Jttm ent: I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker shall be
paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense
of the administration of my estate,
Jttm moo: I give and bequeath to my daughter Anne D, Muller the following descrihed personal
property at the time of my death: Aunt Lizzie's jet and pearl pin and the wedding ring and gold
chain of Anne McGehee, per stirpes,
Jttm ~t: I give and bequeath to my son Frederic W, Watson the following described personal
property at the time of my death: my coin collection, In the event that my son Frederic W,
Watson predeceases me, then this bequest shall lapse and the personal property shall become a
part of the residue of my estate,
Jttm,:tour: I give, devise, and bequeath the rest, residue, and remainder of my entire estate, real,
personal, and mixed, tangible and intangible, of whatever nature and wherever situated, to my
children, Elinor D. Watson, Anne D, Muller, and Frederick W, Watson, equally. share and share
alike, If any said beneficiaries predecease me, his or share thereof shall pass to his or her then
living issue per stirpes if any and if none, then the whole thereof shall pass to the other named
beneficiaries if living and if not, to his or her then living issue per stirpes,
Jttm ,:tlbt: I appoint my daughter Anne D, Muller, of Hershey, Executrix of this my last will.
Should she fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint my daughter Elinor D, Watson
to act as Executrix with the same rights, powers and duties, Should my daughter Elinor D,
Watson fail to qualify or cease to act as Executrix, I appoint Farmers National Bank of Newville
to act as Executor with the same rights, powers, and duties,
Jttm au: All estate, inheritance, succession and other taxes, imposed or payable by reason of
my death, and interest and penalties thereon, with respect to all property comprising my gross
estate for tax purposes, whether or not such property passes under this will, shall be paid out of
the principal of my residuary estate, without apportionment or right of reimbursement.
Jttm 6tbtn: I direct that my personal representative or guardian shall not be required to give
bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction,
Jttm lllD1Jt: In addition to the rights and powers given to the fiduciaries by law or elsewhere
in this will, I give to my Executrix during the full time necessary and for the administration of
my estate the following rights and powers to be exercised in his or her sole discretion,
A, To retain any real or personal property which may at any time form a part of my estate
so long as he or she deems it advisa~le,
B, To invest in any real or personal property without restrictions to legal investments,
C, To repair, alter, improve or lease for any period of time any real or personal property and
to give options for leases,
