LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ELIZABETH H. FRY
I, ELIZABETH H. FRY, of the Township of Lower Allen,
County of CUmberland and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound
and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish
and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby re-
voking and making void all former Wills by me at any time here-
tofore made.
1.
I direct the payment of all my just debts and
funeral expenses as soon as conveniently may be after my de-
cease.
2.
All the rest, residue and remainder of my Estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate,
I give, devise and bequeath to my son, Richard L. Fry.
3.
If my son, Richard L. Fry, should predecease me,
or should die within thirty (30) days from the date of my
death, I give, devise and bequeath my said Estate to the
Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, Trustee, in Trust for
the following purposes:
(a) To use and payout the income from said Trust,
and so much of the principal as is necessary in the dis-
cretion of the Trustee, for the benefit of my granddaugh-
ter, Beth A. Fry. The said Trustee shall have discre-
tionary authority to use principal as well as income for
her proper maintenance and support, and the payment of
medical and institutional care, and for her education.
(b) When my said granddaughter has completed her

college education, or has reached the age of twenty-
two (22) years, whichever occurs last, the Trustee
shall then pay over to her the balance of principal
and accrued interest remaining in said Trust Estate.
4.
I direct that the interests of all beneficiaries
in the Trust hereby created, whether in the principal or in-
come thereof, shall be free from liability to attachment or
other legal process issued at the instance of any creditor
or assignee of such beneficiary, and I direct that no payment
shall be made by way of anticipation of sums which may there-
after accrue to any beneficiary.
5.
LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my son,
Richard L. Fry, to be the Executor of this, my Last Will and
Testament. He shall not be required to file bond or other
security in the office of the Register of Wills for the pur-
pose of administering my Estate. If he should predecease me,
or for any other reason be unable to act, or to continue to
act, as the Executor of my Estate, I appoint the Dauphin De-
posit Bank and Trust Company to be the Executor in his place
and stead.

Wills in the amount of $8,493.00, same constitutinq a prepayment
at discount on account of Pennsylvania inheritance taxes in the
above-captioned estate. The prepayment is determined as follows:
$149,000.00 multiplied by 6% or $8,940.00, less discount in the
