ITEM IIII I hereby give, devise and bequeath
all of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, whether real,
personal or mixed, and wheresoever aituate, unto my husband,
Robert Weldon Watkins, if he is living on the thirtieth day
following the date of my death.
ITEM IVI In the event my husband, Robert
Weldon Watkins, should predecease me, or does not survive my death
by said thirty day period, I then give, devise and bequeath his
unset aquamarine stone to my granddaughter, Jennifer Watkins.
ITEM VI In the event my husband, Robert
Weldon Watkins, should predecease me, or does not survive my death
by said thirty day period, I then give, devise and bequeath all
of the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, in equal shares,
to my children, Robert Weldon Watkins, Jr., and James Conrad
Watkins. If either of my sons predeceases me leaving issue,
whether born or adopted, to survive my death, the issue shall take
the parent's share, per stirpes. If either of my sons predeceases
me without leaving issue but is survived by their wives, Darla
Watkins in the case of my son, James Conrad Watkins, and Judith
Watkins in the case of my son, Robert Weldon Watkins, Jr., then
said surviving spouse shall take her husband's share. If either
of my sons should predecease me without leaving issue to survive
my death and without leaving their wives as aforesaid, the share 0
that son shall be distributed to my other son and the wife or
issue of my other deceased son, per stirpes, as the case may be.
