Mark Thomas, all of whom is a named beneficiary in the Will of Pauline Thomas. WHEREAS, Pauline Thomas, who resided at 14 Greenspring Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, died January 31, 1996, having left her Last will and Testament dated July 21, 1995, which was duly admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on February 6, 1996; and WHEREAS, C. King Castle has been duly appointed as executor of the estate of Pauline Thomas, deceased; and WHEREAS, the parties in interest under the Last Will and Testament of Pauline Thomas, deceased, are: 1) C.
