LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, ALMA M. COCKLEY, presently of Silver Spring Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, make this my Last Will and hereby revoke all prior Wills and
Codicils.
Item 1: I direct my personal representative to pay all the legal oblir,'-
tions of my estate, funeral expenses, and costs of administration of my estate,
as soon after my death as practicable.
Item 2: I devise and bequeath my tangible personal property and the
residue of my estate to my son, Donald K, Cockley, II, or to his issue, per
stirpes, in the event he predeceases me. In the event Donald K, Cockley, II
predeceaaes me without issue surviving me, I devise and bequeath the residue of
my estate in equal shares to the then living children of my brother-in-law, A.
Kurtz Cockley.
Item 3: I appoint my son, Donald K. Cockley, II, as personal represen-
tstive of my Last Will and Testsment. In the event he predeceases me, renounces,
fails to qualify or ceases to so act, I appoint my niece, Karen Cockley as
personal representative.
Item 4: I direct that no fiduciary acting hereunder shall be required to
furnish bond in any jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, Alma M, Cockley, have to this my Last Will and
Testament, containing one (1) typewritten page, set my hsnd and seal this
