I, HELEN ALBRIGHT, of Reading Township, Adams County,
Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do declare this to be my Last Will and Testament,
hereby revoking all Wills and Codicils thereto by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST:
I direct that all my just debts and funeral
expenses, including my grave marker and all expenses of my last
illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as
practicable after my decease as part of the expense of the
administration of my estate.
SECOND:
I bequeath to my friend and neighbor, SHIRLEY
MUMMERT, the sum of $200.00 provided that she survives me.
THIRD:
All the rest, residue, and remainder of my
estate of every nature and wherever situate, I devise and
bequeath to my sister, LILLIAN HOCKLEY. Should LILLIAN HOCKLEY
fail to survive me, I devise and bequeath said residuary estate
to my brother-in-law, ROBERT HOCKLEY. Should neither LILLIAN
HOCKLEY nor ROBERT HOCKLEY survive me, I devise and bequeath my
residuary estate in equal shares to their three children, ROBERT
HOCKLEY, WAYNE HOCKLEY, and EUGENE HOCKLEY, or to their issue,
per stirpes.
FOURTH:
I nominate, constitute, and appoint ROBERT
HOCKLEY and LILLIAN HOCKLEY, or the survivor thereof, as the
personal representative of my estate. If neither ROBERT HOCKLEY
or LILLIAN HOCKLEY survive me, I appoint their son, ROBERT
HOCKLEY, of Camp Hill, pennsylvania, as personal representative
of my estate. My personal representative shall not be required
to post bond in this or any other jurisdiction.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and seal to
this, my Last Will and Testament, typewritten on two (2) pages,
