LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
OF
ALBERT P. PINDAR
I, Albert P. Pindar, presently of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare
the following to be my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former Wills by me at any time made.
ITEM ONE: I direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be
practicable.
ITEM TWO: I give, devise and bequeath the
sum of $200,000 unto my son, Charles Richard Pindar, of
Oneonta, New York.
ITEM THREE: All the rest, residue and
remainder of my property and estate, both real and personal, of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated, which I may own at
the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Frances S. Pindar, if she survives me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM FOUR: In the event my wife shall not
survive me by thirty (30) days, I then give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property and
estate as follows:
A. 50% unto my son, Charles Richard Pindar;
"
B. 25% unto my son, Allan Kirk Pindar, of pioneer,
California; and
C. 25% unto my grandson, Blane Pindar, of lone,
California.
ITEM FIVE: I hereby nominate, constitute and
appoint my wife, Frances S. Pindar, to be the Executrix of my
estate with the power to sell all real and personal
property at private or public sale. In the event that my wife
shall not survive me, or shall otherwise fail to qualify as my
Executrix, I then nominate, constitute, and appoint my
attorney, James D. Campbell, Jr., of Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
to be the Executor of my estate with the power to sell all real
and personal property at private or public sale. It is my
direction that my said attorney shall not receive compensation
as both attorney and Executor, but that the total compensation
payable to him for serving in both capacities shall be the
compensation due and payable to him for serving in the capacity
of Executor. It is my further direction that neither my
Executrix nor my alternate Executor shall be required to post a
bond for the performance of their duties.

OF
ALBERT P. PINDAR
I, Albert P. Pindar, presently of Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennaylvania, being of sound and disposing
mind, memory and understanding, do make, publish and declare
the following to be my Last will and Testament, hereby revoking
all former Wills by me at any time made.
ITEM ONE: I direct that all my just debts
and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as may be
practicable.
ITEM TWO:
I give, devise and bequeath the
sum of $200,000 unto my son, Charles Richard Pindar, of
Oneonta, New York.
ITEM THREE:
All the rest, residue and
remainder of my property and estate, both real and personal, of
whatsoever kind and wheresoever situated, which I may own at
the time of my death, I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife,
Frances S. Pindar, if she survives me by thirty (30) days.
ITEM FOUR: In the event my wife shall not
survive me by thirty (30) days, I then give, devise and
bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my property and
estate as follows:
A. SO, unto my son, Charles RiChard Pindar1
B. 25' unto my 80n, Allan Kirk Pindar, ot Pioneer,
Calitornia, and
C. 25' unto my qrandson, Blane Pindar, ot Ion.,
Calitornia.
ITEM FIVE:
I hereby nominate, constitute and
appoint my wite, Frances S. Pindar, to be the Executrix ot my
estate with the power to sell all real and personal
property at private or pUblic sale. In the event that my wit.
shall not survive me, or shall otherwise tail to quality as my
Executrix, I then nominate, constitute, and appoint my
attorney, James D. Campbell, Jr., ot Camp Hill, Pennsylvania,
to be the Executor ot my estate with the power to sell all real
and personal property at private or public sale. It is my
direction that my said attorney shall not receive compensation
as both attorney and Executor, but that the total compensation
payable to him tor servinq in both capacities shall be the
compensation due and payable to him tor servinq in the capacity
ot Executor. It is my turther direction that neither my
Executrix nor my alternate Executor shall be required to post a
bond tor the pertormance ot their duties.
