Dear Ms. Lewis:
The Commonwealth has received notice of the death of Helen
Robinson, a resident of Blue Ridge Haven West, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, who allegedly died intestate and without known heirs.
In accordance with Section 3155(b)(3) of the Probate, Estates and
Fiduciaries Code, we intend in the near future to request that you grant
Letters of Administration to our agent who will administer this estate
on behalf of the Commonwealth.

TO THE HONORABLE MARY LEWIS, REGISTER OF WILLS
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, believing itself to be the only
heir of Helen Robinson, late of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, who
died intestate on January 30, 1992, hereby appoints Willie Harp,
2242 N. 5th Street, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, as an agent to act on
behalf of the Commonwealth to administer said estate and requests that
Letters of Administration be granted in the name of the Commonwealth to
the above-designated agent.
