LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, MYRTLE T. PALHER, of Green Ridge Village, West Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understandln~,
do make, publish and declare this as and for my last will /Ind testament, hereby
revoking and making void all former wills by me at any time heretofore ~1de.
FIRST. I dlrectml my Just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid and
satisfied out of my estate by my personal representative hereinafter named as
soon as conveniently may be after my decease.
SECOND. I give, devise and bequeath all of my estate as follows:
1. Certain items of tangible personal property are to go to the people and
parties as listed In a separate Memo and/or as Indicated on stickers attached to
said certain items. The tangible personal property remaining shall be sold and
converted into cash.
2. I give and bequeath the sum of Fifteen thousand ($15,000.00) dollars to
the First Presbyterian Church of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, In trust to be invested
and reinvested and the interest therefrom shall be used as a perpetual annual
offering toward the maintenance and repair of the church property.
3. I give and bequeath the sum of One thousand ($1,000.00) doi1:1rs to the
Shrine Cripple Children Hospital in Philadelphia. This should be sent to Zembo
Mosque, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
4. I give and bequeath the sum of One thousand ($1,000.00) dollars to the
Father Flanagan's Boys Home, Boys Town, Nebraska, 68010, c/o Father Val. J. Peters,
Director.
5. I give and bequeath the sum orHve hundred ($500.00) dollars to the
Carlisle Branch of Salvation Army.
6. I give and bequeath the sum of One thousand ($1,000.00) dollars to the
Pennsylvania State Sunday School Association, of 900 South Arlington Avenue,
Room 211, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, 17109.

Big Spring Presbyterian Church of Newville, Pennsv1vanla, 17241.

16. I give and bequeath the sum of One thousand ($1,000.00) dollars to my
friend, Mrs. Mary Deitch, of R. D. 03, Newville, Pennsylvania, 17241.
17. I give and bequeath the sum of One thousand ($1,000.00) dollars to my
cousin, Mrs. Mervin Carver, of 440 C Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013.
