164-50-7654 of the County of Cumberland .Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereinafter referred to as the "Donor(g)". do hereby contribute and volun-
tarilY give to the MECHANICSBURG BRETHREN IN CHRIST CHURCH, of the County
of Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, hereinafter referred to as
the "Church", the sum of Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars which
shall be repaid as follows:
1. Interest at the rate of Seven(7)Percent per annum shall be paid to
the Donor(s) or the survivor of them in Ouarterlv installments of One
Hundred Seventv-Five Dollars each on the last day of September. December,
March &Junein each year, commencing with a partial payment of One Hundred
Seventeen ($117.00) Dollars to be made June 30 .1991-.
, 2. Hovever, the Church reserves the right to change the said rate of
interest upon giving the Donor(s) or the survivor of them sixty (60) days
written notice of intent to change the said rate of return.
3. Part or all of the principal shall be paid to the Donor(s) or the
survivor of them within thirty (30) days of the date the Church receives
written notice of the demand for repayment.
It is further agreed that upon the death of the surviving Donor, the
remaining principal and any earned but unpaid interest shall be returned
to his or her estate, and ~he Church's obligation to pay interest and
principal shall end.
_ This Agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto, their heirs,
assigns, executors or administrators or successors in title.
